Asteron wins AFR Smart Investor 2010 ‘SMILES’ Award for Client Satisfaction
Asteron has won an AFR Smart Investor Magazine 2010 ‘SMILES’ (Smart Investor League of Exceptional Service) Award, being voted Australia’s Top Risk Insurance Provider for customer service and value for money.
The awards were based on the results of a reader survey by AFR Smart Investor, in which thousands of readers rated service providers on a range of factors, such as:
- Value for money
- Quality of customer service
- Level of fees and charges, and
- Features offered by products
The awards rated financial service providers, as well as providers of everyday consumer services from 11 different industry sectors, including:
- Risk insurance
- General insurance
- Super funds
- Home lending
- Funds management
- Online broking
- Mobile phone providers
- Health insurance
- Internet service providers
- Utilities providers
