Advisers embrace Asteron Life’s education program

High attendance and positive feedback from Asteron Life’s education program indicates advisers are embracing training opportunities that can help them meet the changing needs of their clients and the industry.

Since launching The Sophisticated Adviser program in April, more than 500 advisers have attended interactive webinars and face to face workshops. The latest workshop, ‘Diagnostic selling: understanding your client,’ is being run by Phuel in August and is expected to be just as popular.

The type of courses, flexible learning options and enthusiastic delivery are some of the reasons why The Sophisticated Adviser program is being hailed a success.

Part of The Sophisticated Adviser’s appeal, according to Daniel Waller, Asteron Life’s Head of Wealth & Life Intermediaries, is its broad approach to education that covers not only technical skills and business growth but importantly soft-skills as well.

“By supporting a more rounded approach to education we will have advisers that are technically capable, can engage with clients on a personal level and will also have the skills to run a business.”

Soon advisers will be able to choose from an even bigger range of courses when Asteron Life announces the details of its new partnership with top education providers next month.
