With our underwriting team’s technical experience and skillset, we’re able to capture more of the information we need up-front (including private and sensitive details), to obtain a complete picture of each client’s health. Moreover, we take the time to mail our clients a customer care pack overnight, so they have all the necessary paperwork organised and in front of them. “This pack contains product information, plus a transcript for the client to review. This is extremely important, as it gives clients the opportunity to make any alterations or additions,” says Widt.
