To make a claim on your Asteron Life policy you can:
Step 1 - You notify us of the claim.
Step 2 - We send you a claims kit that outlines our simple claims process and includes the relevant claim form, and confirm what information we need to process the claim.
Step 3 - You return the information, and a Case Manager begins assessing the claim.
Step 4 - We let you know the outcome, and pay your benefit if the claim is successful.
