Death claims

Life cover provides your family with a one-off payment to secure their financial future. To make a death claim, you will generally need to provide:

  • A completed claim form
  • The original policy document and policy schedule.
  • A certified copy of the deceased’s Birth Certificate
  • A certified copy of the deceased’s Death Certificate
  • A certified copy of the deceased’s will
  • Probate or letters of administration for policies with a sum insured of more than $50,000
