Advisers can apply for access to the Adviser website for themselves and their assistants.

• Simply click on the relevant links below, complete the online form and submit it to Asteron Life.
• Your user name will be emailed to you within 3 working days.

PIN/Password tips

• Has at least eight characters
• Is easy for you to remember
• Is difficult for someone to guess
• Uses a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and keyboard characters
• Doesn’t use names of family members or pets
• Doesn’t use job titles or family relationships
• Doesn’t use birth dates or phone numbers
• Uses a different word to your login.

Forgotten your Login details?

If you have forgotten your username or password you can re-set your password by clicking "Request new password?" and an email will be sent to your registered email address with your new password. If you need help, please contact Adviser Online Support on 1800 151 488 (8.00am - 6pm AEST during normal business days).

If you have access to Proposal Tracking and/or Policy Information you must correctly answer your security question before you can be issued with a new password.
