AsteronConnect is on the move

From 24 May 2021, you should start using the TAL Adviser Centre for your Asteron Life client information

On 24 May 2021, Asteron Life client data will be moved from AdviserConnect to the TAL Adviser Centre (TAC), putting all your client reporting in one user-friendly place and making it easier for you to do business every day.

Your Asteron Life client information, reporting, forms and documents will all be moved to the TAC 24 May 2021. AdviserConnect will remain online and up to date for a short time after that as well to ensure you don't have any interruption to your access to client information and reporting.

Some advisers will be able to access the TAC using their existing TAC profile; others will need a new TAC Code, which we’ll provide. Either way, we’ll send you updates throughout May to let you know how to log in to the TAC and set up access for your support staff as well. 

In the meantime, we’re keeping our dedicated transition hub on the TAC up to date with all the latest news as well as tools and resources to help you get ready for moving day.
